KIC is a leading Australian wellness brand, co-founded by Steph Claire Smith and Laura Henshaw in 2015, dedicated to helping women build sustainable rituals in movement, mindset, and nourishment. What began as the highly successful KICApp has evolved into a wellness ecosystem, marked by the opening of the first physical space, KICStudio in Cremorne, Melbourne, and an online store, with Pilates equipment, goal journals, and an upcoming FMCG expansion.With a focus on experience over outcome, KIC empowers a global community of over 2.8 million people across 120+ countries to move for how they feel, not for how they look.
