Hotels.com

About

Hotels.com India is an online hotel booking site where travellers search for stays by city, hotel name or address, choose dates and the number of travellers, and can flag a trip as business travel. The site promotes Traveller-favourite VIP Access stays, which it describes as highly rated and offering perks for its top-tier members. Its rewards programme gives a reward night after 10 nights of stays, which the homepage shows as one night in Hotels.comCash. The site also offers flexible booking options that let guests adjust or cancel reservations easily. Its help centre covers refunds and charges, stays, account, privacy, security, and loyalty and rewards. It is aimed at leisure and business travellers in India who want to book accommodation online.
